Mr. Sandeep Kumar Prasad had a very humble beginning. As a budding professional, he had also engaged in taking tuitions in the quest to find a foothold in the world of competition for the survival of the fittest. His hard work and business acumen finally reaped positive results in the form of Nimbus Adcom Private Limited. As a leader he shares his vision, ensures customer satisfaction, builds team work, thinks globally, anticipates opportunities, encourages constructive challenge, embraces change, develops & empowers people and demonstrates personal mastery. His vision is to increase the staff level of Nimbus Group to up to 1000 people and to turn the organization into a public limited company with a 100 crore turnover by the year 2022.
Mr. Mandip Kumar was associated with Union Bank. He later joined Nimbus; providing his excellent marketing skills and turning into one of the significant pillars of the organization. As a leader he is close enough to relate to people and far ahead enough to motivate them to reach organization’s goals.
Mr. Nagpal started out as a Franchisee Partner of Nimbus in the year 2011 and since then has provided his exemplary leadership capabilities to the organization. He is now the backbone of Nimbus BPO Ranchi. He believes in competency, credibility, courage, communication and compassion and nurtures the same in his subordinates.
Mr. Agarwal is a B.Tech and has rich background in Sales & Marketing with experience of working in organizations like MBS and Just Dial. He works towards turning the vision of the organization into reality and aims to keep the business reach of the organization to an ever-increasing level.
Mr. Amiya Kumar Raj was associated with Tata Steel before joining Nimbus. He has become an integral part of the organization's growth since its inception. He is adept in technology and is a great factor why the entire office remains well -organized always. With his keen eye for details, the administration of Nimbus BPO is always in safe hands. Mr. Raj has strong time management skills which teaches his subordinates to make optimal use of time and achieve more.
Mr. Manmender Singh is a Microsoft and CISCO certified professional with a career spanning more than 12 years. His first job has been as a Technology Officer at Defense Image Processing and Analysis Centre (DIA). He has had the privilege to undergo training under the guidance of scientists from ISRO and NRSA. He has also earned the privilege of working in the Council of Science and Industrial Research (CSIR) under the generous supervision of Dr. Harshwardhan. Mr. Singh has worked with established organizations like IBM for its clients like BhartiAirtel. He has been professionally associated with Cisco Meraki as well. With a Bachelors degree in Computer Applications and Master’s degree in Business Administration and many other certifications, growth and learning has always been his priority.
Mr. Atish Srivastava has an excellent professional track record of more than 15 years. He has been associated with large corporate houses of different industries like BPO, INSURANCE, EDUCATION, HEALTHCARE. He provides remarkable insights to the entire workforce of Nimbus BPO. His guidance to the team becomes all the more valuable as he had started his professional journey in the call center industry itself; at a time when the industry was still booming up.
